We usually meet for individual sessions once a month for an hour, on zoom.

Most people find that the work gets deeper and richer as we spend more time together, but there is no predetermined number of sessions.

A one hour session is $75.

Some people find they need more time, so a 90 minute session is $95. We would discuss whether that’s the right choice for you as we work together. 

Spiritual Direction is a traditional term for one person consulting with another to explore their spiritual life. It’s sometimes called by other names, like “Spiritual Companioning.”

We talk about whatever questions or issues are most alive for you at the time of the session. I bring poems, songs, or artwork to begin our session, to help you focus your thoughts and feelings. Sometimes you’ll have something big you’ll want to talk about and we’ll skip that. The process is intuitive and responsive to what you bring; there is no set curriculum or agenda.
